These granite countertops look amazing but remember that you can get laminate countertops if you can’t afford granite. They come in the same patterns, granite is just higher-end than laminate. 

Adding your stovetop to your kitchen island layout is ideal. It takes up less room, giving you more counter space. Most kitchens like these have a separate built-in oven. This is another way to save space. 

With extra space, you have more room to decorate with things like live plants. These milk jar cups are as unique as can be and add a country flair to the already modern kitchen. 

These vintage cabinet doors have been brought to the 21st century by removing the knobs and handles. Their texture is balanced by the sleekness of the absence of hardware. You’d be surprised at how inexpensive cabinets like these are.

If you look above, you’ll see the standard black cabinets which aren’t accentuated in this kitchen. They are used as a background so your eye is drawn to the more unique wood grain cabinet doors. 

Simply black barstools finish out this amazing kitchen. Adding wooden barstools may have overwhelmed this kitchen, but the designer went with black to balance it out. This ties the black granite into the design. 

All-around, this kitchen island layout is unique, bringing modern, country, and eclectic designs together to create a masterpiece. 

Pale Green And White Marble Kitchen Island Layout

If the dark look of the black granite doesn’t impress you, this pale green and white kitchen island layout surely will. On this side of the kitchen, you can see a breakfast nook. The trend of a nook like this is catching on quickly. 

While most people put nooks in their living room to read on, pitting them in the kitchen is also a great way to go. You can use them at breakfast, snack time, or when you’re left eating alone.

Likely the most impressive part of this beautiful kitchen is the marble backsplash. While most kitchens stop at their countertops, this kitchen brings that marble all the way up the wall.

If you can get by with something like balancing different metals in one room, then do it. It’s a great way to show off your strengths when it comes to interior designing. Everyone has them, no matter how inexperienced! 

In this case, the butcher block was set on top of these cabinets and the white marble was built around it. Custom cut countertops are the only way to go if you want your kitchen island layout to look its best.

A butcher block is a perfect way to put a country spin on any kitchen. They aren’t always affordable, but with a little shopping, you can find your perfect fit. 

The way that this countertop wraps around the top and drapes over the end of this counter and cabinet is stunning. It’s called a waterfall countertop. Not many granite specialists can pull this move off but this one is done exceptionally well. 

Waterfall countertops are just one of the many ways you can make your kitchen unique. All you need to get started is a little more inspiration.

With the advent of new room divisions, kitchens have been losing space and, especially in small apartments, they are getting smaller and smaller. Synthetics, such as silestone, are a good option if the area is not exposed to the sun, as it can fade easily.

Stainless steel countertops are perfect for everyday use as they don’t easily lose their luster and withstand frequent cleaning. In addition, they have strong resistance and do not accumulate dirt or germs, as they have a smooth surface.
If you want a more rustic look, you can opt for the natural stone countertop, which has a texture resistant to heat and stronger knocks. Its price, however, is usually more expensive than synthetic material countertops.

The price of kitchen countertops can vary a lot, according to the material: granite, stainless steel, marmoglass (marble powder and glass), vary according to the size you want. It is also worth remembering that the choice of material must take into account the work that the workbench will have to endure, since it can support several different uses: cooking, trimming objects or supporting meals are just some possible functions.
