Neutral Home with Grey Cabinets

 

We all like to live large, dream big, but sometimes it’s important to be grounded, which doesn’t necessarily mean you need to compromise on comfort and beauty for your home. Located in Meridian, Idaho, built by Altura Homes, with interiors by Lauren Smyth and staging by Andi Marshall, this neutral home with grey cabinets is being featured on HomeBunch today to show us that a home can be beautifully decorated without breaking the bank, and I am gladly sharing all sources with you, so you can get this look!

Here, the designer, Lauren Smyth, shares some details about this newly-completed home:

“This was a spec home I designed. The style I wanted to convey was luxurious materials, in neutral tones done in a way that didn’t take itself too seriously. I started with the chevron marble backsplash and worked from there, pulling different shades of gray and white into the palette to keep it cohesive and still let that pop of pattern be the focal point of the main area.”

Neutral Home with Grey Cabinets

What a pleasure it is to share this home with you guys! This home feels calm, uncomplicated (it could either work for a growing family or empty-nesters) and it has that “modern farmhouse-style” that everyone is loving these days.
