By using a variety of mixed materials and textures, as well as a dramatic black and white color palette, we were able to achieve the big city, loft aesthetic the homeowner was after. The usage of steel doors and windows throughout the home allows a substantial, weighted quality to the home balancing out the white siding. It’s unpredictable and its neutral elements will never get tiring. A shiplap island is the cherry on the top!
Refrigerator Appliance Pulls: Schoolhouse (Great quality hardware – often recommended by designers/builders)
The designer took inspiration from her favorite hotel in London and chose to incorporate a steel and glass wall for the upstairs den.
The custom steel wall and door is from a company in Orange County called Metal X.

Featuring black shiplap walls and a floating vanity with chunky marble countertop and floating White Oak shelves, this bathroom feels dramatic and trendy. Walls are in Farrow and Ball Pitch Black.
The Master Bathroom feels eclectic and calming at the same time. I am loving the black and white Terracotta floor tiles and the expansive freestanding tub.
