Coming from a mom of 2 grown children I didn’t really cook that much when my kids were young. Was it because I was overwhelmed ? I don’t think so I think I just didn’t know how to cook well. Over time …a lot of time!! HaHa I did learn to cook. I think it came down to a will to really share a great meal with my loved ones. It wasnt til my children were older but I even surprized my family with my new found ability.
Taking time to slow down, pay attention and a true desire to serve great food changed my whole outlook on cooking.
